2025 Heroes of the Realm Award

I am honored to be a recipient of the Heroes of the Realm award, a prestigious recognition from Wizards of the Coast reserved for those who deliver transformative business impact. I received this honor for my creative leadership and design on the Monopoly GO! Board Game Edition, a project that successfully bridged digital and physical play. As a token of this achievement, I was presented with a one-of-a-kind, personalized Magic: The Gathering card—an accolade so rare that fewer copies exist than the legendary Alpha Black Lotus.

Recognized as a finalist in the 17th Annual TAGIE Awards, this collaboration represents a paradigm shift in the "Chase" for collectors. By architecting a seamless integration between Hasbro’s iconic gameplay and Panini’s high-end Prizm trading cards, I helped bridge the gap between traditional board games and the multi-billion-dollar sports card industry. This nomination specifically honors the project's success in leveraging the NBA’s elite license to create an entirely new, dual-utility product category that appeals to both tabletop gamers and serious hobbyist collectors. 

A two-time finalist for the prestigious Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards, widely regarded as the 'Oscars of the Toy Industry.' My design leadership on Ms. Monopoly and Monopoly Builder earned back-to-back nominations in the Game of the Year category, reflecting a proven track record of creating high-engagement products that resonate with global audiences and industry experts alike.

Beyond product success, I am proud to have received the Hasbro ‘Well Played’ Award. This prestigious internal honor is peer-nominated and recognizes individuals who embody Hasbro’s core values of integrity, passion, and community. To me, this award represents the importance of fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment while bringing the world’s most iconic brands to life.

In addition to industry-wide accolades, I have been recognized with multiple Hasbro ‘Way to Go’ Awards, an internal honor celebrating employees who embody the company's core values and deliver exceptional results. These were awarded for my leadership and creative contributions to several key global initiatives, most notably the high-profile Monopoly Gamer: Nintendo Edition. These awards reflect a career-long commitment to collaboration, innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of execution within Hasbro’s gaming portfolio.
